Compiz Fusion Snapping windows doesn't work!

Bug Description
I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 64 bits fresh install with nVidia driver 180.44 (GeForce 8800GTS). Compiz is enable but when I drag any window to any edge it doesn't snap, there was no issue about this in 8.10.

It seems that this feature has been reversed, before the snapping was default, and was avoided by pressing the "shift" key while moving the window. The way to fix this is by checking the option "Snap Inverted" in your CompizConfig Settings Manager's Wobbly settings..
