Bug Description

- into widget of network management include also bluetooth
- in System Settings > Network Settings should be also possible switch on/off wifi/bluetooth like default (after start of OS)

I'm a bit confused. Do you mean you would like for bluetooth devices advertising network connections to show up, or for Network Management to manage bluetooth devices?

That's out of the scope of a network manager. You may be interested in filing wishlist reports for the kbluetooth, KDE's bluetooth management application, at http://bugs.kde.org.
