Although Ubuntu 8.10 was working fine there, Ubuntu 9.04 does not even start from Live CD.
Booting in "save graphic mode" does not help. During startup of xorg, the PC switches to black and afterwards,
you can no longer switch to a virtual console or even reboot the machine by pressing: <Ctrl>-<Alt>-<Del>.
So I'm not able to append any logfiles. Sorry.
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Is this bug reproducible with the latest Lucid packages ?
Tanks in advance.
