launcher's and document's icon problem

I have Ubuntu 9.04 updated until 25/04/09

Create a launcher. Delete it. Restore it. The launcher's icon doesn't show unless you press F5.

Create a file. Put content in it or not. Delete it. Restore it. The previsualitzation of the content is shown correctly but if you press F5 instead of the content you will previsualtzate some dots.
