Can't shut down propery

Hey.

When I an trying to shutting down it is not possible.

Things are right until the courser is blinking in the top left of my monitor.

There it stays until I do one of two things:

1: Shut down the hard way (button).
2: Press ctrl-alt-del and reboot.

I got a LG K2 Pro Express dual Laptop.

The hwinfo and dmesg infos is in the added file.

Is there any more info needed, please write back.

When my system shuts down it gets stuck at just displaying the circular icon and never shuts off. I have to manually push the power button to turn off the laptop.

looking at the terminal shutdown, it gets stuck at this point.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an issue? Can this bug report now be closed?

If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in approximately 60 days time.

If this is still a problem for you then you should create your own bug report so that your log files specific to your installation are attached to the report.
