[needs-packaging] miniupnpc

miniupnpc is a uPnP IGD library client written in ANSI C, it is light weight and does its job.
miniupnpc is used by a number of P2P application in order to do NAT Traversal.

Notes: miniupnpc has great compatibility with a lot of Home routers.
