Bug Description

as kxmame (http://sourceforge.net/projects/kxmame/) is not developed any more, qt's (4.x) most interesting and evolving frontend for mame is going to be qmamecat 2 (http://sourceforge.net/projects/qmc2/). It actually needs packaging.

PPA packages are up to date with builds from Karmic to Natty.

There is anything I can do in order to make things faster?

You probably would like to read the info in the Ubuntu Packaging Guide [0] and the "Packaging New Software" section [1].

@mmbossoni, do you finally intent to adapt your PPA packages for direct inclusion in Ubuntu repositories?
