Dual monitors with different resolutions display notify window incorrectly

Bug Description
I have two monitors, one "on top" with 1680x1050 and one on bottom with 1920x1200 resolution. using twinview.
Hitting the mute button is an easy way to see where the notification window will appear, so I hit the mute button and see the notification window popup near the top right corner of my top screen, but it gets clipped (as if it was assuming my resolution was greater than it is.
