Bug Description

In the kcontrol plugin of printers I got the next error:

"The conexion of CUPS server failed. Check CUPS server is installed correctly and it is runing. Error: host not found"

However:
kjuanlu@Eudyptes:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/cupsys start
 * Starting Common Unix Printing System: cupsd kjuanlu@Eudyptes:~$

And the http://localhost:631 run correctly.

So, I get the source code of cups 1.1.23, I compiled and installed, and then, the kcontrol plugin of printers run correctly (the massage error don't appear)
