Bug Description

"Tint is a photo editor for colour-select effects. It automatically clusters the colours of a photo into groups, and allows each colour to be switched on or off to create the desired effect."

I've discover this free open source (BSD) software which is not yet in repos.
There are already a "tint" package but it is not the same.
All the dependences are at least in the jaunty repos and it use scons for compilation.
