In previous versions of KDE, widgets that weren't actually downloadable were always listed in the get new widgets window. The list now reflects what is actually downloadable.
We do have quite a few Plasma widgets available in the repositories, however. :-) If you have a hankering for plasmoids I'd suggest searching for plasmoid in Adept or Synaptic. If you come across a widget that we don't have packaged, please file a needs-packaging bug and we'll look in to packaging it. :) |
