Bug Description

I have a few computers (Optiplex SX260) with this graphics card: Intel Corporation 82845G/GL[Brookdale-G]/GE Chipset Integrated Graphics. They crash at startup (black screen with frozen mouse) and I am told that is because of Compiz. I installed the NVidia driver (sudo apt-get install nvidia-glx-173) and that got me past start up (for some reason) but I still don't have 3D support and I can't find out how to get it.

Thanks,
Lexen

If you have an Intel graphic card, you don't mus to install the nvidia driver.
