Bug Description

I have LG F1 Express laptop and Ubuntu 8.04.
I cannot disable my touchpad. Function key Fn+F3 doesn't work.
I also tried to do some modifications in xorg.conf but it has no effects.
All these things I have found in google (shmconfig, gsynaptics, synclient) doesn't work.

I tried out all "solutions" in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=168581 with no effects...

Go to System > Preferences > Mouse > Touchpad. Uncheck the box 'Disable Touchpad'. See if that works.
