I installed libmp3tag-ruby1.8 and I saw that it tries to install mp3tag.rb in / instead that /usr/lib/ruby1.8/...

Although, downloaded the sources, rebuilded, it behave correctly:
$ dpkg -c libmp3tag-ruby1.8_1.0-3build1_all.deb
[...]
-rw-r--r-- root/root 6629 2008-12-13 16:10 ./usr/lib/ruby/1.8/mp3tag.rb
[...]

so, I'm attaching a debdiff to request a rebuild of the package.

This bug was fixed in the package libmp3tag-ruby - 1.0-3ubuntu1
