Bug Description
I've never had this problem in Hardy, but after upgrading to Intrepid this started happening:
If I change the brightness on a Dell Inspiron E1505 by using <Fn> + UpArrow my brightness will change. However, once I do this I can no longer type, move windows, resize windows, right click, or drop down any of the menus (ie: Applications, Places, System)
I'm using an Intel Extreme Graphics Card on this computer.
