tvtime with hvr-1300 no sound

Hello,

I've got an other problem here. How can I bring my Hauppauge HVR-1300 tv-card working under Ubuntu 8.10? Picture is there but no sound and I cant even control the sound with the arrow keys.

Hello,
 at one Forum I came up with this solution " arecord -D hw:1,0 -c 2 -r 48000 -f S16_LE -t wav | aplay - & ". It functions but where do I put that so that it will load automatically?

I'm not very good in programming so I'm not so sure where to put it.

Any suggestions?
