Bug Description

Hallo,

kubuntu 8.10 RC automounts usb-sticks (vfat) without the option "shortname=mixed" or "shortname=winnt". That results in erros using rsync or cp because of problems with upper/lowercases.

I've sent a patch for the Linux kernel to the Linux fat fs maintainer, hopefully it will be included in Linux 2.6.31.
