Bug Description
I installed a bunch of updates for Intrepid today. Because there were some updates of the kernel. I had to reboot. While booting, a problem with uuid occured. This had never occured before. I attach a snapshot of my screen so that you can find out more about this.

I see you submitted this bug 2 months ago. I wonder if the issue still persist?
Let's do this in two steps. First, we need to resolve this bug, so you can boot your system. Secondly, we need to know were this bug comes from.
First)
- Boot until you're in the initramfs shell
- Type "cat /proc/cmdline". Write down the output of the line.
- Type "cat /proc/modules; ls /dev". Write down the output as well.
- Boot with a Live-CD (if you have it). Open a console and type "blkid". We need this output as well.
- Update this bug with the information you gathered
Second)
Do you happen to know the kernel you used before? The output of "ls -ltr /boot/vmlinuz*" might give some clues.
