Hi Fabio, thanks for reporting this.

Unfortunately (or fortunately....) I can't find any reference to gnome_mplayer in the backtrace. Could you try to reproduce this crash? If you can, you could also install the gnome-mplayer-dbg package and manually take a backtrace (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace for instruction).
You may also want to try the newest version (0.8.0) to see if this also crashes, you can install it it from my PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~norsetto/+archive

It would be VERY helpful if you could also let us know the URL you were listening to (the issue might be associated to the utf8 filename).
The 0.7.0 metadata parser (which is where the fault is happening) has been completely rewritten so it would be good to double check it before the next release.

seems that doesn't happens with other radio..
btw when i have time, if i'll able to reproduce it I'll give you the backtrace..
