On latest intrepid, my computer cannot be put in sleep state if my cifs share is mounted (trough fstab).
It stats to go into sleep mode, but then immediately wakes up and asks my password.
If I unmount the share before that everything is ok.

It starts to go into suspend mode, but then immediately wakes up and asks my password.
