Bug Description
Hello,
I have installed your ubuntu just yesterday and i have problems about Turkish
keyboard.
While installing ubuntu (gnome version), i have selected Turkish while
installation. And actually, i cannot type characters like "@" or some quata
signs etc. with my standart turkish keyboard. On Turkish keyboard, for typing @,
we are using AltGR + Q combination. Other characters which is using by the key
AltGR is not working eigher.
Also keyboard doesn't support the Turkish letters eigher which is not included
in english letterset.

This bug is possibly the duplicate of #17787. Please check your
/etc/X11/xorg.conf and follow the instructions of #17788.
