Ubuntu 8.10 doesnt boot in virtualbox

I have tried both the live cd and the text installer and both does not boot in virtualbox 2.0, perhaps its because its a new version and needs new ubuntu drivers

Please be more specific about wich intrepid did you use.

I tried it in both Virtual Box 2.0 and an older version 1.6.X (I can't remember the third number) and it didn't work. The crash is attached to the bug report.

I tried Intrepid Alpha 5.

Yes I tried Alpha 5 as well and got the same outcome as Ahmad Tarek
