Description:
PMB (PhpMyBibli) is a fully featured open source integrated library system.

PMB has most of the functional modules essential for a library management system.

    * SDI (Selective Dissemination of Information Service)

    * Acquisition

The features of PMB are,
    * User friendly web interfaces for librarian and users

    * Interface for database back up and bibliographical records
    * Multi language support (French, English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese)
    * Import and export of bibliographic records in different formats.

License: CECILL
PMB was initially licensed under GNU General Public License, which ensures the free availability of the software. Wiki, mailing lists and BerliOS hosting facilities allow communication between PMB developers and users. The latest version of PMB can be downloaded from the [www.sigb.net] site.
PMB is now licensed under CECILL free licence, that ensures legal security in France and other countries with similar legal systems.

License Issue: Non-GPL-compatible, but probably workable - a Google search shows that we have CECILL software in the Ubuntu repositories already.

Packaging issue: Downloading requires registration. Unable to locate any online source.

Language Issue: Any packager working this must be fluent in French.

Not currently in Ubuntu or Debian.

i need to install phpMyBibli in ubuntu but i dont know how to install, I couldn't able to find the installation manual or procedure. if any one knows tha procedure kindly send mail to mailing list or to my email id
