Install fails due to partitioning error w/ signal 10

I am trying to install Ubuntu off of an x86 liveCD. During install, as soon as it tries the partitioner, I get a dialog box that tells me that there was a signal 10. It says to check the syslog. I have pasted the syslog http://paste.cluenet.org/954 <-- here. This is on a Laptop (Acer) with one sda containing two Windows partitions (That I'd change, provided the installer would get to that step.). I have verified this disk (install), and it is fine. Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Could you please try testing this with the newly released Alpha 4 version of Interpid? You can find information about it at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing . This would help us out a lot, thanks in advance.

I'd love to try the Alpha, but it wasn't my computer I was installing on. If I go into the OEM mode, it worked, which was fine as I was giving this to a friend, but doesn't solve the main issue. It works now, and I gave it back earlier today. When I buy my new box, I will try the Alpha. Thanks :)
