Natilus+gnome displays the same device twice

Bug #251991: Mounted USB harddrive showes twice on the desktop - right click one of the icons and choose "Unmount Volume" results in error "DBus error org.gtk.Private.RemoteVolumeMonitor.NotFound: The given mount was not found".

whenever i plug in my Usb drive it appears twice on the desktop and in nautilus. this is in interepid
