I dont know this is a bug or not.
When I type an upper or lower vowel character the followed character not show and has a "beep" sound from internal speaker.

The problem was in Thai keyboard layout "TIS-820.2538".
When I type an upper or lower vowel character in that keyboard layout the followed character not show and has a "beep" sound from internal speaker.
and yes I do installed "THAI" Language Support but did not enable "support to enter complex characters".
