Binary package hint: gnome-utils
Hardy 8.0.4 (2.6.24-18-generic) locks up completly randomly. Did a memtest and everything is ok. I can't do anything (no Mouse, Keyboard, ping from a 2nd computer which is in the same network). But after some time (about 10 minutes) the system is back? sometimes the WLAN connection is broken - then I restart it with sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart and works again...
saw some threads already on this but they seem to be a bit different because only a reboot did help...
Any help would be appreciated.
