Bug Description

sctplib is a userland implementation of the SCTP protocol. socketapi is a standard socket API layer for sctplib.

I have created Ubuntu packages for sctplib and socketapi on REVU. They can be found at http://revu.tauware.de/details.py?package=sctplib (sctplib) and http://revu.tauware.de/details.py?package=socketapi (socketapi).

socketapi is not in Ubuntu or Debian - Confirmed.
libsctp1 is in Intrepid 8.10.

The sctplib package is still actively maintained by me. Therefore, I have again assigned me to this bug.
