firefox crash when using 'open' command from downloads screen

Bug Description
fire fox crashes for sure if you have a download running and try to use the
firefox download menu to open another download of yours.

This works fine for me. I downloaded one PDF from tldp.org, which caused
firefox to show the download manager than then launch xpdf.
I quit the xpdf, and left-clicked on another PDF. While it was arriving, I
left-clicked on `open' by the earlier download in the downloads window.
I suspect that you have broken plugins or extensions, or a corruted/broken profile.
