[needs-packaging] merge_videos (konqueror service menu)

I was looking up to kde-apps.org and there where 2 apps what would be worth adding it but for normal user it not easy. One is from systemsettings and other with video,s.

About the panel configurator, KDE 4.1 will include GUIs for configuring plasma, and that is what Kubuntu 8.10 will use. It is too late to add this feature for Kubuntu 8.04.

The rest of the bug is a request to package the merge-videos service menu.
