This package provide several system configuration to optimize and improve the performance of NVIDIA DGX workstations.

It include 10 binary packages, and 2 metapackages, intended to support
- GB10 machines (Nvidia DGX Sparks and its friends, released in October).
- GB300 workstation machines (Dell Pro Max, not released yet).

It leverages the modaliases and ubuntu-drivers mecanism to install the packages automatically.

To the reviewer: I don't mind changing the name of either the source of the binary packages, if necessary. I picked these namings to match what was not for nvidia-tegra-defaults, which is a similar package. I know that ubuntu-x1e-settings is also a similar package that follows a different naming convention.
