Bug Description

oneDPL works with the Intel® oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler to provide high-productivity APIs to developers, which can minimize Data Parallel C++ (DPC++) programming efforts across devices for high performance parallel applications. This is an optional run-time dependency for the intel-dpcpp package: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2130186

I did another review, squashed the changes to an "initial package upload" and an Xubuntu1 version, build a src package, ran lintian on it, build the bin packages, and ran again lintial on them and finally uploaded - it's now in the new queue.
