UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to noble on 2025-04-12 (3 days ago)
This bug has been reported against the ubiquity package which the bug description says is not installed. This seems to be an upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 which was made three days before this bug report was raised.
Ubuntu 24.04 did not use the ubiquity installer anyway.
Downloading packages from non-Ubuntu repositories is not something that the Ubuntu project can support.
Please don't assign bug reports to you personally unless you are able to fix the reported problem.
I'm closing this bug report as 'Invalid' as I don't see there is anything for the Ubuntu project to fix.
