First Login wizzard does not contain Online Accounts Setup

Bug Description

The first step of testcase "First login wizard in Ubuntu Desktop amd64" [1] instructs:

1. The initial setup should autostart and the 'Online Accounts' screen display and the following account types should be displayed

This is not the case. The first page shows the release notes. The entire Wizard did not contain any 'Online Accounts' setup.

The first Login wizzard looked like it was redesigned. Maybe the testcase is outdated?
