Request for package: Coccinella

Coccinella is an instant messenger (XMPP) and VoIP application (Jingle) with a built in whiteboard.

Remarks for the packager:
* Dependencies are available in binary form in bin/unix/Linux/i686/ It is probably interesting to not include them in the Coccinella package but instead build separate packages for them (if there are no packages for them yet)
* Removing these binaries normally does not do any harm; it will just disable functionality in Coccinella.
* TileQt requires libpng3 and is not yet compatible with the new Tcl/Tk 8.5. TileQt is interesting for a better integration into Qt/KDE.
