Tomas, you've indicated that the errant package is 'gnome-screensaver' but you don't have that package installed.

I'm moving this to 'gnome-shell' so that your bug report reaches Ubuntu's Desktop Team. They will review your bug report and may ask you for further information in order to resolve your issue.

Is there any way to reproduce a similar problem without CopyQ? Using standard Ubuntu components?

Sorry about the name of the package... I don't know what I did for this to
happen... I will send a picture of the problem... it isn't only copyq that
is visible in the lock screen...

Could you add your 'journalctl -b 0' log after triggering the issue? The lockscreen mode of gnome-shell is supposed to disable the extensions so you shouldn't have a dock or appindicator on that screen

That error seems to be occurring after unlocking so is not relevant.

But we are looking for similar errors that might be occurring during locking. So next time the problem happens, please unlock the screen and then run:

  journalctl -b0 > journal.txt

and attach the resulting text file here.

I was using the 'Dash to Panel' extension in Gnome, but today I disabled
it and restarted my computer. Since then, the issue has not recurred. It
seems that the extension may be related to the problem. I will keep it
disabled to confirm whether the solution was due to the restart or the
disabling of the extension.
