I have problem with my ubuntu is that the settings - ubuntu desktop it is showing no settings available also it is showing anything on my screen the panel also gets hide automatically could you please fix it early as possible

Can you provide a screenshot or photo of the problem? The Settings problem I mean... because the panel issue is likely unrelated.
