Bug Description
Ubuntu Noble beta does not currently bring up the wlan0 wifi interface on the Raspberry Pi 3A+.
uname -a
Linux ubuntu 6.8.0-1001-raspi #1-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Tue Feb 27 16:56:12 UTC 2023 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux
No wlan0 interface is present in 'ip a' output and the device isn't listed under /sys/class/net/.
Netplan therefore fails to configure a connection to an access point.
