xenial powerpc repositores not in Release

Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial) is past end of support date, however it still is good to have access to the old packages to be able to install historical releases.

xenial does appear to still be present in the regular mirrors and has not yet been moved to old-releases.ubuntu.com, but the 'powerpc' files are not included anymore in the Release index of the 'xenial-updates', 'xenial-security' and 'xenial-backports' repositories. They are however in the 'xenial' repository's Release index.

This appears inconsistent as the only files missing the powerpc hashes are the Release/InRelease files, the other files are present for all of the xenial-updates, xenial-security and xenial-backports repositories:
  Contents-powerpc.gz
  main/binary-powerpc/[Release, Packages.gz, Packages.xz]
  multiverse/binary-powerpc/[Release, Packages.gz, Packages.xz]
  restricted/binary-powerpc/[Release, Packages.gz, Packages.xz]
  universe/binary-powerpc/[Release, Packages.gz, Packages.xz]

They just aren't indexed in the Release file. So everything is in place for this to work, except for some hashes in Release/InRelease. Please fix this so that we can access these packages.
