Bug Description

I tried adding a new openvpn. I filled in all the information, but after I click the save button, it returns me to the network settings list, but that vpn is not present.

Release: 23.10

Same here, as a workaround I created the VPN using Advanced Network Manager but now I'm not able to delete it without it coming back on next reboot. I've tried deleting it using Advanced Network Configuration and Gnome control center but it does not stick.

It took me a while to figure out that 23.10 is using netplan, workaround is to manually delete the connections from /etc/netplan

edited: replicated the issue and corrected mistakes I said before.

Thank you for your bug report. The GNOME report is from an opensuse user which suggests it's not distro specific.
