I'm sorry but we do need more information from you:

1) Release name or version of Ubuntu being used
2) Which desktop environment, e.g. GNOME, KDE, etc
3) Which application is displaying the "review updates" window
4) Are you being shown a list of updates to review? If so, please give examples.

Maybe you could provide a screenshot? I'm marking this as "Incomplete" for now as not enough information has been provided to assess the problem.
