Hardy Heron Firefox broken

2.6.24-12 IBM T-30 Thinkpad 845 chipset. Upgrade Today Mar 13, 5:11 pm.

Broke Firefox3 and in the existing 2.6.22-14 kernel as well.
Error reports "Could not find compatible GRE between version 1.9b3 and 1.9b3.

I did not upgrade the Hardy 2.6.22-12 kernel, as sound is working. However, upgrading the 2.6.24-12 appears to have broken firefox in both kernels

The firefox issue is not related to the kernel. It is simply an effekt of an update to the xulrunner-package. A new firefox is already build, you should be able to get it via update-manager in the next couple of hours, depending what mirror you are using.

Concerning the breakage of firefox due to xulrunner-update, there is already an open and confirmed report in launchpad.
