Bug Description
A simple C OpenGL program written without using SDL will return the same value
for GL_MAX_TEXTURE_SIZE as a call to 'glxinfo -l'. However, under SDL, the
value returned is always 0.
This is on my laptop with an ATI 9200m chipset.

I was the original reporter for this bug, and it seems to be fixed in Dapper, and I believe it is fixed in Breezy as well.
