fonts pixel shifting on hilight

Bug Description

When you hi-light some some words, it seems the text in that same line pixel shift. Attaching a video for this. Keep your eyes on the same SAME LINE.

The video shows it occurring in Thunderbird. Does it occur in any other applications?
Does it occur with any other fonts?
Which font were you using in the video?
