Bug Description

If brightness on Dell XPS 9510 with OLED screen is set to 0 screen goes black and the only way to get it back is to close and reopen the lid. Changing to console, pressing brightness up will not work. The same happens when screen gets dimmed after inactivity.

Here you can find brightness details after pressing brightness down 3 times (to black screen) all works good:

# here screen is totallt black
# now I press brightness up twice, values are good but screen remains black

# here no image, but closing and reopening the lid gets image back at brightness 128 like nothing ever happened.
