there's nothing but a message when I turn on the computer. it says internal error

Please check for any files in /var/crash and if found then run:

  ubuntu-bug /var/crash/YOURFILE.crash

If that's not possible and you can't log in then I recommend using a separate computer to download Ubuntu 22.04 and install that instead: https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop
