black screen after login

After logging in the screen turn black only mouse shows up and moves. Try to open terminal with ctrl + alt + f2 is not working. Desktop wont load and no error messages are produced.

If this is still an issue then you will need to assign a package to your issue otherwise the developers that can help will never be informed. I'm changing the status to 'Incomplete' pending your assignment of the package you think might be affected.

On check boot logs. Boot logs are incomplete and unreadable. After a few boots ubuntu finally loads desktop.
