A photo (or video) of your issue may have helped highlight your issue. Providing a link to where it can be seen would be welcome too.

Does the issue occur when you're using other OSes (a live system if this is your only installed OS); ie. have you ruled out hardware issues?

Has it started to occur after a recent update?

The more details you provide, the greater the chance of the cause being detected & thus fixed.
