Cancelado (core dumped)

I think this is the solution, "export LIBXCB_ALLOW_SLOPPY_LOCK = 1," but I do not believe that it should do so the user but come default.

this bug is a defect

See http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6532373 for more information. The bug was said to be fixed in JDK 1.6.0_04 but it's not.

Being hit by this bug depends how X (or some library of it) was build. I noticed this bug earlier (maybe a week or two ago) but it went away after a new upgrade (X etc) arrived. I'm running Hardy.

I confirm. I worked for me too. Thanks !

Confirmed, only the following line was needed:

sudo sed -i 's/XINERAMA/FAKEEXTN/g' /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun-1.5.0.14//jre/lib/i386/xawt/libmawt.so

PS: I got the solution from: http://objectmix.com/java/243152-exception-thread-main-java-lang-noclassdeffounderror-javax-media-opengl-gleventlistener.html
