USB mouse will be disabled automatically in 5 seconds

Bug Description
After I update the system as well as the software packages to the latest version, the USB mouse will be disabled automatically in about 5 seconds after reboot.
I could temporarily enable the mouse through the following command line:
"echo on | sudo tee /sys/bus/
However, the issue will appear if I reboot the system.
